Refund Policy
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are limited. We stand behind our Services and will work with you to resolve technical issues.
Eligible Refunds
- Duplicate purchases of the same product within 24 hours.
- Payment processed but no key delivered and our support cannot provide a replacement within a reasonable time.
Non‑Refundable
- Keys that were viewed, activated, or used.
- Incompatibility due to unsupported OS, outdated BIOS/drivers, or failure to follow the installation guide.
- Bans, flags, or penalties from game publishers or anti‑cheat systems.
- Change of mind after delivery.
Exchanges & Credits
At our discretion, we may offer a replacement key or store credit if a product is deprecated or requires an extended safety update window.
How to Request
