Welcome to HexRefill. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, keys, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Products

We sell digital software licenses, configuration files, and access subscriptions intended for game modification and enhancement. Our products are provided for educational, testing, and accessibility purposes. You are solely responsible for complying with any third‑party terms (including game publishers' end‑user license agreements) and local laws. Using modification software may violate publisher policies and can result in account sanctions. You accept all risks.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to use the Services. You may not use the Services where prohibited by law.

3. Account & Security

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account and one‑time verification codes.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abuse, fraud, chargeback, or policy violations.

4. Licenses & Keys

• Keys are single‑user, non‑transferable, and subject to the specified duration (e.g., 1 day, 30 days).
• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing keys is prohibited.
• Detected tampering or key abuse will void access without refund.

5. Software Requirements

Our software may require specific OS builds, drivers, secure boot settings, or antivirus exclusions. You are responsible for maintaining a compatible environment. We provide install guides and best‑effort support but do not guarantee compatibility with every hardware or game update.

6. Risks & Disclaimer

Game publishers may deploy anti‑tamper and anti‑cheat systems. Using any enhancement tool can lead to account restrictions or bans. HexRefill is not liable for any game account actions, data loss, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Services.

7. Payments & Chargebacks

• All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply.
• Digital goods are delivered immediately after successful payment and fraud review.
• Unauthorized chargebacks will result in permanent account termination and key revocation.

8. Prohibited Uses

• Harassing, doxxing, or harming others.
• Reverse‑engineering, bypassing license checks, or interfering with our infrastructure.
• Violating applicable laws or infringing third‑party rights.

9. Updates & Downtime

Games update frequently. We may pause access during maintenance or when a safety update is required. Time lost to global outages or game patches is not guaranteed to be compensated unless explicitly stated in a product page.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HexRefill will not be liable for lost profits, consequential or incidental damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The last updated date will appear at the bottom of the page.
